1 lb beef steak
2 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
1 red or green bell pepper, julienned
bunch of chicharo, brocolli, baguio beans or any choice of veggies
Cut the beef into small thin slices then marinate it in oyster sauce and ground pepper. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic until golden brown. Add the beef, spreading the pieces out, and stir-fry them over high heat until cooked. Add more oyster sauce if desired. Add your choice of vegetables. Pour the cornstarch mixture. Add the bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
