like any other juan dela cruz, i was luxuriating in the refreshingly cold weather these days. waking up in the morning seems to be such a daunting task for i just want to bury myself under the sheets and go back to dreamland. after all, it isn't everyday that you wake up to a crisp and cool "natural" (meaning non aircon) breeze in this side of the world. evenings are even much cooler that i can feel my face freezing (and getting dry..eep!) during my evening walks at the park. it feels like being in tagaytay. the only thing missing is the chattering of the teeth. heeh. i try to go out as much as i could to revel in the frosty air but while i'm enjoying the cold weather here in manila, i'm still yearning to go to some place cooler like baguio, tagaytay or antipolo. like i said, i love christmas breeze (or northeast monsoon to be more precise) and would want it extra chilly so spending an overnight in one of these places would be like heaven for me.
today, however, is the warmest it has been for the past few days. the cold wind was missing when i took a stroll outside just minutes ago. is the cool season ending already? i do hope it's not coz i'm still enjoying every shivering moment of it.

Choose Baguio! We're always at least 8 degrees cooler than Manila. And if it gets a little too warm for you, just go under the shade and it gets cold again. :)
thanks lisa. we're planning to go there sometime soon. summer's almost here and baguio is probably the best place to get away from the heat. =)
