my week did go brighter and brighter as the days went on and i'd say it was such a great way to end the week. i had a yellow friday as bright as the summer sun!

the day started off with a client meeting, some sort of a very comprehensive data gathering phase for a new project.

we then had a very uplifting lunch with a valued client who we consider as one of our guardian angels. it was spent at banana leaf in greenbelt4 and we think it is starting to be our fave lunch business meeting destination. their pad thai banana leaf style, clams in singaporean chili sauce and thai iced tea have become staples in our table. the rest in the menu are still in trial and error stage but so far, it's always been a very filling and satisfying lunch at this resto.

afterwards, we had another meeting with an old loyal client for a system upgrade. future plans are on the works and everything's quite exciting. i just love business meetings with professional people who uplifts our spirits, boosts up our energy and inspires us to do the best.

youngest bro just graduated from high school. i suspect we'll have dinner somewhere in mall of asia so b and i went straight there. since we had a lot of time to spare, we had a relaxing moment at mojito bay by watching the sun set into the sea. with a classic mojito, pineapple daiquiri, spinach empanaditas in our table, and a great view of the sea, the afternoon was perfect. i absolutely loved the freshly made (still hot) empanaditas filled with spinach, kesong puti and pine nuts -- perfect partner for our cocktail drinks.

we met up with the family for dinner at yakimix as requested by the graduate boy. i totally forgot that it was a "no meat" & "fasting" friday because i wanted to get the most out of the 580 peso meal per head. b enjoyed feasting on his favorite shrimps and he wanted to go back there asap just because of that.

great great weekender. i hope fridays will always be like this. well, not only fridays but i hope everyday will be as bright as this friday was. :D
