my day today was a bit lighter and not filled with much bad luck as yesterday. we're actually a bit lucky. so yesterday's blues + a dash of positivity (yellow) = green tuesday.

i had 3 major laughs, suffered 2 terrible strikes of pain in my ribs, and learned a lesson from the story of hayden kho (yes, the ex-bf of vicky belo). i read the story from a showbiz magazine lying around b's home. while he was taking an after-lunch nap, i was busy browsing the pages of the said magazine until i got to the story of the controversial split. i was just about to start on the part when katrina entered the picture but b was up and we have to get back to office. haha..bitin! anyway, what i really wanted to share was hayden's motto/technique. if he wants something, he writes it on a piece of paper, says it to himself and not tell a single soul about it. that simple and he gets whatever it is he wants. i've realized through own personal experience that exposing plans in its early stages can somehow sabotage it. that statement of hayden all the more confirmed it for me.

well, enough of that chismis.

i'm suffering from extreme rib pain as of this moment. while i can move my fingers and lower arms without hassle, it's been constantly painful especially when i cough (which i currently am) or when i move my body. my research tells me i probably have pleurisy or pneumonia. i didn't really have the symptoms of pneumonia aside from the cough and pain in ribs. i don't have any difficulty breathing at all, it's just the ribs, really. and i don't wanna go to the doctor asking me to perform several tests or whatever just to diagnose me. such a hassle, waste of time, and somehow waste of cash (with the ongoing global crisis, every penny counts). but somehow, the pain got alarmingly terrible that i'm planning to go see one tomorrow. i just hope that the medical card a client issued us can be used for medical check-ups.

anyway, i hope the color of my day will get brighter as the week goes. i'm looking forward to a yellow shunshine-y friday ahead.
