blueberries on my pancake

i'm not much of a pancake fan. but lately, due to my brother's waffle selling project at school a few weeks ago, several boxes of leftover waffle mix remain in our pantry so i find myself waking up to the smell of pancakes almost every other week.

i always have my pancakes with the butter and syrup combo. this day, however, i was getting bored of the usual so i decided to perk up my morning by flavoring up my pancake in a different way. i was actually thinking of something chocolatey but an idea came up when i found a bottle of smucker's blueberry preserves while rummaging the fridge.

there...instant blueberry pancakes!
