finally, i'm back.

i've been on a blogging hiatus coz 1.) there are lots of work to accomplish 2.) finalization of our company's ITR 3.) free time is always spent catching up on smm eps in youtube and 4.) i'm simply not in the mood to blog or nothing's really worth blogging about for the past couple of weeks. however, i was able to squeeze some time filling out my 43 places and things which basically serves as an online list of goals to inspire me to do my best in everything. although some on my 43 things were just thought on random coz of time pressure, i'll just find time to go over it again and probably make it more "achievable".

..........

while i think that traditions really does nothing to improve one's living, i still believe that it's important to respect the holy week as it commemorates the passion and death of our savior. today, maundy thursday, is the start of our family's holy week traditions: thursday is for visita iglesia, friday for procession, saturday for easter vigil and sunday for salubong.

we just came from bulacan, you see. today's visita iglesia was quite different coz instead of going to 14 different churches for the stations of the cross, we only did it in our lady of lourdes grotto in san jose, del monte bulacan. while we tried to keep our prayers as solemn as possible, we actually had fun during the trip. anyone who says you can't laugh during these days is probably a robot. need i say more?

although a bit tired from the long travel and all that uphill/upstairs walk for the stations, i actually feel good. i've always loved to travel. and going to new places always have this renewing effect on me. if i could only drive, i've probably had that road trip adventures to baguio, ifugao, subic, and antipolo already crossed off my list.

or it can also be all that prayers i had that made me feel so light. i'm one of those believers that prayer is such a powerful tool in everything. that miracles truly happen if you just have faith. and what i'm praying hard for now is for my family (including b of course) most specially my parents to always have good health. mom has actually been dealing with rectal bleeding for the past weeks. researching on it resulted to a number of diseases with colon cancer being the worst. we are so very worried. and i do hope and pray real hard that it's just a minor thing. internal hemorrhoid maybe. if you stumbled upon this blog and took time to read this, can you please please join me in praying for her. it would be greatly appreciated and i hope that it will come back to you tenfold. thank you sooo much!
