this is my #1 comfort food of the moment, pho bo from pho hoa. i love this not because it reminds me of my dad who's in vietnam (well ok, it does make me miss him more) but it's the perfect meal to choose whenever i want to have a fully satisfied tummy. everytime b and i are both undecided on where and what to eat, a large bowl of pho bo and a glass of fresh iced tea is always the answer.
now i'm craving for it and nothing's more to blame than this cold, damp weather.
