was supposed to be on a diet right now coz i need to lose a li'l bit of weight for june, instead i just gorged 5 square slices of 5 cheese & garlic pizza + half a lasagna + half a pack of famous amos choco chip cookies + half a pack of potato chips + soda. was supposed to do exercise at night to get rid of my bulging tummy, instead i just lied in bed and watched two movies in a row while munching on those goodies. those half servings are supposed to lessen my guilt but now that i've listed it all here, i just realized that it's a LOT. oh those calories!
i'm not actually on a strict diet. i don't watch what i eat and i don't count calories coz i don't know how to count it to begin with. i eat in moderation though i don't think what i just had this evening is something moderate. i personally think that losing weight is easy as long as you have the determination and discipline to do it. googling on how to lose weight always results to having faster metabolism and the most common suggestion is to drink plenty of water, take at least five small meals a day, exercise regularly and my most favorite motto of all "eat like a king during breakfast, a prince during lunch, a beggar during dinner". follow these tips and i bet if not lose weight, it will be maintained and will take a few inches off that belly. this is based from my b's dramatic results in one month.
and one more thing, there's an email circulating about the awesome effects of honey and cinnamon. snopes.com still hasn't verified if this is a hoax but i get the exact same text in google's search results so maybe it all came from only one source. but anyway it doesn't hurt to try, yes? what we do is drink hot honey and cinnamon right after waking up in the morning and before going to bed. i'd say it kept me from craving for sweets the whole day so that's less sugar and calories, heh.

I've been drinking 2 Tbsp. Honey with 1 tsp. cinnamon every morning and night for quite a while and have noticed a difference in sleep, my acid reflux, and my ulcers. Also, my skin is healthier and in general I feel better. There are healing properties in both cinnamon and honey so I'm recommending it to anyone. It helps with stomach and digestive issues, metabolism and throat and esophagus things too. Good luck!
PS...Yes, good idea when you are craving sweets to drink this hot mixture, not only to "fill you up" until you get something healthier to eat, but also to give you that "sweet" feeling.
