i used to not like mayonnaise when i was a kid as i despise anything white, greasy and slimey back then. i can't remember the very first time i grew fond of mayonnaise but all i know now is that i use it an awful lot on sandwiches, salads and dips.

i never really thought of mayonnaise as an ingredient for a viand until my mom served us this very delicious chicken dish in white sauce. at first i thought it was milk, but the taste is very very mayonaisse-y. yummy!

i know a few people who don't like mayonnaise at all. but for mayo-lovers out there, i'm sure you'll love this recipe.

ingredients: 1 pack magnolia chicken breast fillet, 1 garlic - minced, 1 medium sized onion - cubed, 1 small bellpepper - cubed, 1 cup cubed carrots, 1 cup baguio beans - cut into 1 inch length, mayonnaise.

procedure: cut the chicken fillet into bite sized pieces. saute garlic and onions. add the chicken fillet and simmer until cooked. put about 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and a cup of water then stir until the mayo is dissolved. you can add more mayo if you want. season with salt and pepper to taste. add the bellpeppers and simmer for another minute then serve.
