just yesterday we were suffering from intense heat when our office aircon broke down for the whole day. a very far cry from today because the rain hasn't stopped pouring since this morning bringing about the cool crisp air. this is one of those days when one daydreams of snuggling with someone in bed while stuck at the office pretending to do something :D

i'm welcoming the cold weather and looking forward to having more "rain spell" moments like this. but i'm still somehow wishing that summer's not over yet just because i still haven't gone to the beach with all the company projects we have to oversee. same time last year, weather's almost this cool and rainy with one historic hailstorm thereafter that i already accepted the fact that it will rain on our very special day. come 2 weeks later, it rained hard when we were going out of the hotel but surprisingly became sunny when the ceremony ended allowing us to have a beautiful and fun pictorial. the rain didn't really dampen my spirit as i know that it is a sign of God's blessing for us. and true enough, b and i are really so blessed and we couldn't thank Him enough.

the original bali trip we planned for our first year celeb didn't push thru because i feel i don't have the luxury of time to make an intensive research on where to stay and what to do there. reading about what happened to the 2 pinays in their immigration, i'm just so relieved that we postponed that trip. although i'm still wishing (pining would be more apt) to hit the beach, a stay in the farm can do for now with the weather getting quite unpredictable these days.

the cold wind from outside the window is blowing in my face as i type this. is this really goodbye summer?
